Refund Policy

We hope you love your Billionhairs purchase, but if you've experienced any issues, we would be happy to help you out.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have fourteen (14) days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and contained its original packaging in order for the return to be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, you must first contact us at info@billionhairs.com. Kindly include the proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: If there is no fault with the product/s, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are returned safely to us via postal service. This cost must be covered by the customer. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us less the delivery charges you incurred upon ordering.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and update you regarding the status of the refund.

Once approved, you will be automatically refunded. Kindly note that we will refund back to the original method of payment charged only (e.g. credit card, debit card, PayPal), and this will take 2-5 business days depending on your bank.

We will not accept items for exchange/refund that have not been approved via e-mail.
